    Dosage & Administration

    ・Take about 1 hour before sexual activity.


    ・Limit the dosage to once a day, and ensure that there is a gap of at least 24 hours between each dose.


    ・Avoid alcohol consumption while taking this medication.


    ・Since Poxet is not affected by food, it can be taken either before or after eating.


    ・Please drink with a glass of water (preferably room temperature). Do not use this medication if you have symptoms of dehydration.


    ・The effect begins about 1 hour after taking and lasts for about 5-6 hours.

    Side Effects

    While side effects typically improve on their own, if you notice any unusual symptoms, it's important to take appropriate action, such as stopping the medication.


    The following side effects may occur as a result of increased serotonin levels:

    ・Headache, insomnia, dizziness, vomiting, diarrhea, fatigue, etc.


    *Please exercise caution when driving or operating machinery after taking this medication.

    Precautions

    ・Do not take if you have, schizophrenia, or heart problems.


    ・If you are taking other medicines, please consult your doctor. When visiting other medical institutions, please disclose that you are taking it.


    ・In case of emergency, such as the occurrence of severe side effects, please visit your nearest medical institution (and discontinue use).

    Approval status in Japan

    ・Poxet is not approved for treatment in Japan and is not covered by insurance. In Europe, it has been approved for treatment of premature ejaculation.
