Issuance of Receipts
As a rule, we do not issue receipts.
Delivery of Medicine
Same day delivery for orders paid by 16:30. Delivery will be fulfilled by Yamato Transport's Nekopost, Takkyubin Compact, or Takkyubin.
Some areas such as Hokkaido, Aomori, Akita, Okinawa, and remote islands will be delivered the next day or later.
Please note that we may not be able to deliver on the next day due to Yamato Transport's delivery status.
Prescription and cancellation conditions for subscriptions
If you wish to cancel your subscription, please contact us at the above address at least one day before the next payment date. Upon receipt of the cancellation notification e-mail, the cancellation procedure will be completed and the next billing will not occur.
No cancellation fee will be charged for cancelling in the middle of a subscription period.
In the case you receive defective medicine or the wrong medicine
The medicine is stored and handled with the utmost care. However, in the unlikely event that the medication you receive is different from the prescribed medication or is damaged, please contact us at the above address for an immediate replacement. If this is the case, shipping fees will be covered by elife.
