As a rule, we do not issue receipts.
Delivery of Medicine
Same day delivery for orders paid by 16:30. Delivery will be fulfilled by Yamato Transport's Nekopost, Takkyubin Compact, or Takkyubin.
Some areas such as Hokkaido, Aomori, Akita, Okinawa, and remote islands will be delivered the next day or later.
Please note that we may not be able to deliver on the next day due to Yamato Transport's delivery status.
Prescription and cancellation conditions for subscriptions
If you wish to cancel your subscription, please contact us using the [Contact Us] form on our website no later than two days before your next billing date. Once your cancellation request has been received and the cancellation process has been completed, no further charges will be incurred from the next billing cycle onward.
Please note that certain subscription plans may require a minimum number of deliveries or be subject to other usage conditions. Such plans may only be canceled after these conditions have been satisfied. Please refer to the relevant product page for the specific terms and conditions applicable to each subscription plan.
In the case you receive defective medicine or the wrong medicine
The medicine is stored and handled with the utmost care. However, in the unlikely event that the medication you receive is different from the prescribed medication or is damaged, please contact us at the above address for an immediate replacement. If this is the case, shipping fees will be covered by elife.
