    Main Effects

Tadalafil is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE 5) inhibitor, which increases blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation and enables an erection following arousal.

Dapoxetine is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI), which increases serotonin levels in the nerves, improving control over ejaculation and extending the time to ejaculate.

Tadaros D tablets work by relaxing the blood vessels in the penis, helping blood flow into the penis when sexually aroused. It can be taken with or without food. Follow your doctor's instructions and take it before sexual activity.

Tadaros D tablets increase the level of a chemical called serotonin in the brain. This helps to extend the time until ejaculation and improve control over ejaculation. It helps reduce frustration or anxiety caused by quick ejaculation and boosts confidence.
