Important safety information including dosage, side effects, and precautions of AndroFeme.
Dosage & Administration
・Apply 0.5 mL of the cream (containing 5 mg of testosterone) once daily at the same time each day.
・Use the graduated applicator to measure the correct amount and apply it to an area covered by clothing, such as the upper thigh, buttocks, or lower abdomen.
・Massage the cream evenly until it is completely absorbed (usually about 30 seconds). Wash your hands with soap and water after use.
・Do not apply to the genitals or perineum.
Side Effects
The following side effects may occur. If you notice any abnormalities, please stop taking the medication and consult your doctor.
・Masculinizing effects: Hirsutism, baldness, deepening of the voice, atrophy of breast and endometrial tissues, oily skin, acne, clitoromegaly, suppression of lactation.
・Other side effects: Nausea, vomiting, jaundice, ankle swelling, polycythemia, electrolyte imbalance.
Precautions
Do not use this product if you:
・Have severe liver disease (such as cholestatic jaundice, Rotor syndrome, or Dubin-Johnson syndrome).
・Are pregnant or breastfeeding.
・Are allergic to testosterone, tree nuts (almond oil), or any of the listed ingredients.
・Have pre-existing conditions of the heart, liver, or kidneys.
・Are at risk of, or have a history of, cardiovascular disease.
・Are at risk of breast cancer.
・Are at risk of, or have a history of, endometrial hyperplasia or cancer.
Additionally:
・Inform other healthcare providers about your use of this product.
・Consult your doctor if you are taking other medications.
・If a child or someone not using AndroFeme 1 comes into contact with the application site, wash the affected skin thoroughly with soap and water as soon as possible.
・If you notice any signs of excess testosterone exposure, such as acne or increased hair growth, contact your healthcare provider promptly.
Approval status in Japan
・AndroFeme 1 is not approved for treatment in Japan and is not covered by insurance.

Availability of approved medicines that have the same active ingredients in Japan
・There are currently no approved medications in Japan that contain the same active ingredient as AndroFeme 1 or are approved for the treatment of Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder (HSDD).

・Our affiliated clinic physicians purchase AndroFeme 1 through a domestic pharmaceutical distributor.

・AndroFeme 1 is approved by the Australian Department of Health's Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) and the United Kingdom's Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) for the treatment of Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder (HSDD).
