How to Redeem
- Click the link in your email. This email contains information about your ePass and the online consultation. The link will redirect you to the appointment booking page.
- Create an account. Please create an account on elife Clinic using the same email address.
- Complete the medical questionnaire. Fill out a short health questionnaire so our doctors can assess whether the treatment is appropriate for you.
- Schedule your free doctor consultation. Once you’ve submitted the questionnaire, you’ll be prompted to book a consultation with one of our licensed doctors. The consultation will be conducted over the phone. *This step is required before we can approve your treatment and proceed with shipment
- Your ePass code automatically applies at checkout. The total amount displayed should be ¥0.
*You’ll only be charged if the prescription is approved. If there is no prescription, the full ePass amount will be refunded.
How to use your code
*In case the ePass code did not automatically apply at checkout, please follow this instruction:
- Go to your "My Page"
- Click on "Recurring deliveries"
- Click "Apply Promo Code" and enter your ePass code (available in your email)
Important notes
- ePasses are for personal use only and are non-transferable.
- ePasses cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions.
- After purchasing your ePass, an ePass code will be sent to your registered email address. Please check your inbox.
- Cancellations or refunds are not allowed after purchase (except when no prescription is issued after the consultation).
- Misuse, resale, or using multiple accounts may result in restrictions.
- ePasses services are subject to change or termination without prior notice.
