This set combines the following medicines that support the improvement of dark spots, melasma, and freckles:
- Cinal Tablets (Vitamin C, B5)
Vitamin C is essential for collagen production, which helps maintain skin firmness. It also reduces melanin production, protects against sun damage, and has antioxidant benefits.
- Hythiol Tablets 80 (L-Cysteine)
Supports skin renewal by promoting a healthy turnover cycle, which can slow down with aging or UV exposure. Its antioxidant properties also help maintain youthful-looking skin.
- Tranexamic Acid 250mg (Tranexamic Acid)
This ingredient suppresses and improves melanin production, which is the cause of dark spots, melasma, and freckles, leading to brighter skin. It also has anti-inflammatory properties, helping to reduce skin irritation, redness, and pain.
Take one tablet of each medication 2 to 3 times a day.

Hydroquinone 4% cream

Tretinoin 0.05% cream
Tretinoin clears melanin from deeper skin layers and boosts skin renewal by thickening the dermis and improving blood flow, reducing fine lines and wrinkles.
Tretinoin 0.1% cream
Contains a higher concentration of tretinoin and is recommended for those who did not see significant results with the 0.05% formulation.
