Notice of New Year's Holiday Business Hours and Expedited Subscription Delivery

We would like to inform you of our online clinic hours and customer support hours during the year-end and New Year holidays, as well as the expedited delivery dates for subscription orders.

*Please note that making online doctor's appointments may be difficult between 12/29 and 1/3.


Delivery of Recurring Subscription Orders


Subscriptions planned for a regular delivery between 12/29 and 1/3 will be shipped ahead / behind schedule.

We kindly ask for your cooperation in reducing missed deliveries during the year-end and New Year holidays.

*Payments will be finalized at the time of shipment.



New Timeline:

Subscriptions scheduled for shipment between 12/29 (Sun) and 1/2 (Thurs) will be shipped 5 days earlier.


For example, an subscription order originally set to ship on 12/29 (Sun) will now ship 5 days earlier on 12/24 (Tue), and so on.

Subscriptions scheduled for shipment on 1/3 (Fri) will instead be shipped on 1/4 (Sat).


If you would like to change your shipment date manually, please access your My Page by 12/22 (Sun) at 23:59 to request a change in shipping date.


We will not be able to accept any shipment date changes to be between 12/29 and 1/3.
