Your risk may increase if taken with insulin or other medicines that can cause low blood sugar. Be careful not to overly restrict your diet. Signs of hypoglycemia may include dizziness and lightheadedness.
It is also recommended to carry foods containing sugar or glucose, like candy, while taking the medication. If symptoms appear, consume them promptly.

Take one dose as soon as you remember, then continue with your regular schedule.
◼︎If more than 5 days have passed:
Skip the missed dose and wait until your next scheduled dose. Do not administer an extra dose to make up for the missed dose.
Before first use, store Zepbound in the refrigerator at 2°C to 8°C. Do not use if it has been frozen.
After first use, the pen can be stored for 56 days either in the refrigerator or at room temperature (15°C to 30°C). Protect it from excessive heat and sunlight, and keep the cap on when not in use.
Remove and safely discard the needle after each injection, and ensure a new needle is used every time.
For the safe disposal of needles, we advise placing used needles in a designated disposal container and checking your local disposal regulations. As shown below, only the second payment and shipment will be made on an earlier cycle than the third and subsequent payments and shipments.

- 10 Day Trial Plan (Rybelsus 3mg, 7mg, Kampo, Pantogar)
The second payment and shipment will be made 8 days after the first payment date, and will be thereafter automatically convert to a monthly subscription plan. The third and subsequent payments and shipments will be made at 30-day intervals from the second payment date.
- Monthly subscription (if the number of pills per month is a multiple of 30)
The second payment and shipment will be made 25 days after the first payment date. The third and subsequent payments and shipments will be made at 30-day intervals from the second payment date.
